Here's a great example of a low-water use garden full of hens-and-chicks, sedums and cacti. I think this kind of garden is called a xeriscape garden.

I live in the Park Avenue condos and I really missed having green and wide green gardens around. I like plants and I think I could only have a few pieces inside my unit.
